"Had a bad feeling once the order went through"
I ordered an item because the site showed it was in stock, but then I got a message saying it actually wasn’t available. i kind of had that gut feeling something was off, and it turned out I was right. Frustrating and a waste of time. They really need to keep their stock info updated better

"Refund came through, just took a while"
I asked for a refund and it did eventually show up, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I thought it would, and support did reply, but not exactly quickly. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of slow and a bit frustrating... not great, but not the worst either...
"Product info was easy to get"
I could figure out the sizing and material easily, so that was nice. A few details could’ve been laid out a little better, but overall the product pages made it simple to decide without having to hunt around too much.

I was disappointed. The gi ripped after just a few rolls. The stitching also felt cheap. I expected it to hold up better.

I’ve bought from Gold BJJ and the gear itself has been solid, so I don’t really have complaints there. I guess I just expected them to be a little more connected with local gyms or more visibly supportive of the BJJ community. From what I’ve seen, it feels more like they sell to the community than actively give back to it. Not a bad brand, just a bit disappointing on that side.

"Sustainability feels like an afterthought"
The gear itself is fine, I don’t really have any major complaints there, but the sustainability side of things left me underwhelmed.
My order showed up with way more plastic packaging than I expected, and when I went looking on their site for info about recycled materials, ethical sourcing, or how they handle waste, I couldn’t find much that felt clear or useful. Maybe it’s buried somewhere, who knows.
For a brand selling outdoor gear in 2026, I expected a bit more effort. It just gave me the impression that the environmental impact isn’t really a big focus for them, which is disappointing.

"Seems legit, but the details could be better"
Gold BJJ seems like a real shop, and I didn’t get any sketchy vibes while browsing. The site was easy to move around, and most of the product info I needed was there.
This is where it got annoying: I had to look a little harder than I wanted for clear details on shipping times and returns. A few pages felt kind of bare, which made me pause and double-check things before feeling comfortable buying.
Overall, I think it looks trustworthy, just not as polished or clear as it could be. I’d probably give it 3 stars for now.

So I ended up grabbing some stuff from goldbjj, mostly just for training, and it’s been fine so far. The fit is comfortable enough and doesn’t feel super stiff or annoying when I’m moving around. I don’t know, performance-wise it does the job, but nothing really jumped out at me. I’ve washed it a few times and it’s still holding up, which is good, but for what I paid I guess I was expecting a little more. Not bad at all, just kind of average for me.

I ordered from Gold BJJ and the packaging looked good when it arrived. Nothing over the top, but it was clean, neat, and the item was folded nicely inside.
The box did have a small dent on one side, which kind of took away from the confidence a bit, even though the product itself was totally fine. I’m happy overall, but little things like that do make me trust the shipping process a little less
"The subscription left me confused"
I signed up on goldbjj.com thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole subscription thing ended up being more confusing than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what I was being charged for until after the fact, which was frustrating.
When I tried to cancel, it felt like there were more steps than there needed to be, and I had to go back and forth a bit just to figure it out. Maybe I missed something, I don’t know, but the experience just wasn’t good for me and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I ordered this rash guard for training it’s fine. Fits okay, feels alright, and does the job without being total crap. The price wasn’t bad, but I expected a little more for the money, you know? Shipping was normal, nothing exciting there. I’m not mad about it, but I’m also not sitting here like some idiot pretending it’s the best deal ever. It’s decent, just maybe not the best value out there.

"Warranty didn’t really help me"
I was disappointed with how the warranty process went. The guarantee page made it sound like it wouldn’t be no big hassle, but once I actually had an issue, it was mostly a bunch of back and forth with no clear help. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but it felt like the warranty didn’t count for much. Wasn’t a great experience for me

Checkout worked in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But the page was kind of dragging and didn’t load very smoothly, which made me double check all my info just in case the site messed something up. Payment went through and I got the confirmation, so it wasn’t a big deal. Still, they could definitely make the checkout process a little less clunky.

I got my order fast, I think it showed up around Tuesday or maybe Wednesday. Most of it was fine, but one item came in the wrong size. I contacted support and they did get it sorted out, though it took a few days. Not a horrible experience or anything, I just wish someone had double-checked the order before it shipped.

"Works fine, but the washing instructions are weirdly unclear"
The product itself works just fine, so no real complaints there. But the washing instructions? why do they have to make something so simple feel like a guessing game? I just wanted to know how to clean it without ruining it, and instead I had to squint at the label and second-guess everything. It’s not a huge deal, but clearer washing info would’ve saved me some unnecessary frustration.
